For sellers in Zimbabwe
Your WhatsApp online store, with orders in one message
Most Zimbabwean sellers already sell on WhatsApp. The problem is not WhatsApp, it is the mess: Status posts that vanish, customers sending screenshots, and the same "how much?" question twenty times a day.
A WhatsApp online store fixes that. Customers browse every product on one link, add what they want to a cart, and send you one clear order on WhatsApp. You confirm and they pay by EcoCash, transfer or cash.

How an order arrives
When a customer taps "Order on WhatsApp", your WhatsApp opens with a message that already lists everything:
Hi, I'd like to order: • 2 × Summer dress (M) — $50 • 1 × Gold hoops — $12 Total: $62 Name: Tariro Delivery: Avondale, Harare
No screenshots, no guessing which item they meant, no lost orders in a long chat.
Taking payment with EcoCash
- Reply to the order to confirm stock and delivery
- Send your EcoCash merchant code or number and the total
- Ask the customer to send the confirmation message, then dispatch
- Label the chat as "Paid" in WhatsApp Business so nothing slips
The store does not take card payments. Payment is agreed with you in the chat, the way your customers already prefer.
Set it up in four steps
- Add your shop name, WhatsApp number and delivery areas
- Add products with photos, prices and sizes
- Pick a store look and preview it on your phone
- Share your live link on Status, Facebook, TikTok and your WhatsApp profile
Questions
Common questions
Do my customers need an app?
No. They open your store link in any phone browser, add items to the cart and tap to send the order to your WhatsApp.
How do customers pay?
You agree payment in the WhatsApp chat, the same way you do now, for example by EcoCash, bank transfer or cash on delivery. The store does not take card payments.
Do I still need WhatsApp Business?
It helps. WhatsApp Business gives you a business profile, quick replies and labels for orders. The store works with ordinary WhatsApp too.
Can I use it with my WhatsApp catalogue?
Yes. Many sellers keep the catalogue for regular chat customers and share the store link on Status, Facebook and TikTok, where new customers find them.
